Everybody drink at least 8 glass of water daily. Water is necessary for everybody and health. I also like chicken kababs during Iktar kept in mind and avoid sugary items in iktar. I don’t like butter and takes soft drinks like a different juice before going to cricket. Oily foods is not better for everybody then your skin is rough and dry
