Children love to be able to explore and experiment with colors and objects from nature and recycle.

With enough paper and paint, this activity can keep kids busy for a long time! It is a very serious artistic process, the final product can be very beautiful, but the most important thing is the fun, the discovery of new textures, the dexterity and the exploration!

You will only need: paper, tempera , plates for pouring the tempera, objects of nature such as pine cones, leaves, shells, stones, but also household items such as rolls of paper, ladles.

Create designs with whatever catches your interest!

Try different objects and colors on the same sheet to create different effects.

… Or just use the objects as if they were brushes to create unique textures!

Now try to use different size and color sheets, such as a dark sheet painted with pastel colors. You can also choose to use cardboard, perhaps by cutting out an old box.

You can create a collage with all the “works of art”, frame them or, very nice idea, hang them in the bedroom with a string!
