Introduction:
A company has to hold different types of meeting during its lifetime These are held according to the circumstances of the business. The matters of the company are decided through discussion of the meeting. The shareholders, creditors and debenture holders of the have powers to attend their respective meetings.
Meaning of Meeting:
When two or more persons gather to discuss some matters in order to reach at some decision, on an advance notice is known as meeting
Company’s Meeting:
When the members or officers of the company hold meeting to make some decisions that is called company meeting. Kinds of Company’s Meetings
According to the Companies Dfa ho Ordinance, 1984 there are three kinds of
meetings, which are held by a company. These meeting are as:
A. Shareholders Meetings.
B. Directors Meetings
