• Have Spanish nationality .
• Be of legal age and have not reached 65.
• Be in full possession of civil rights.
• Be in a regular situation with respect to the applicable military recruitment laws.
• Gather the guarantees of morality required for the exercise of the functions in question.

The academic and linguistic requirements  are the following, according to the civil servant level:

• AST1:  BUP + COU or Baccalaureate degree.
• AST3:  higher technician / specialist technician (specific Higher Degree FP related to the scope of the functions).
• Main language : knowledge at a native level of one of the official languages ​​of the European Union.
• Second language  (other than the main one): satisfactory knowledge of German, French or English . In certain calls, it is allowed to choose between the five languages ​​most demanded by candidates.

The professional requirements to access this position are the following: 

• In addition to the qualification that gives access to the competition, a professional experience of   at least three years related to the nature of the functions to be performed.
• Or a  Secondary Education qualification  and a minimum of  six years of professional experience  related to the subject of the functions to be performed.
