Having achieved independence from Huawei, Honor is now a free brand to do what it wants, and we clearly see that the manufacturer does not waste time and returns to the load, betting on what it does best: the mid-range of the mobile market. With that said, today we will meet the company’s coolest mobile: the Honor X20 SE , an affordable device with 5G and all Google services.

Without being very different from the Honor X10 in terms of aesthetics (with the obvious exception of the absence of a retractable camera), the Honor X20 SE manages to look modern on both sides. On the front face outlines a 6.6-inch IPS screen, which offers a FullHD + resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and practically non-existent bezels; If it were not for the perforation of the selfie camera, practically the entire front part would be a screen.

Moving on to the specifications, the engine of the Honor X20 SE is an old and reliable Dimensity 700 chip  from MediaTek , very popular in the mid-range for allowing 5G connection at a low cost. It is accompanied by 6GB or 8GB of RAM, but always paired with 128GB of internal storage (Not expandable).

Powering the entire set is a 4,000mAh battery , which, while it doesn’t sound like a lot on paper, at least makes up for it with 22.5-watt fast charging to replenish that charge in record time.

In another vein, the operating system of turn is Android 11, but the interface is in charge of MagicUI 4.0, which is Honor’s custom layer.

Finally, the rear camera system is made up of three sensors, a 64MP primary one with f / 1.9 aperture , a 2MP secondary one that acts as a macro camera and, finally, a 2MP depth sensor. For its part, the selfie camera is 16MP.
