The Huawei MatePad  Pro is – in Huawei’s  words – the world’s first  tablet with FullView  Display . Going into details, it has a 10.8-inch IPS LCD panel , which has a hole for the front camera and quite thin bezels, allowing to achieve a 90% use of the surface. This display has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels along with a density of 280 pixels per inch, in addition, it covers the DCI-P3 color gamut to offer a cinematic color experience.

The tablet supports a digital pen called the M Pen , which is attached to the upper body by magnetism , and where it can also be charged wirelessly. Holding the  MatePad  Pro we quickly realize that it is a superior quality product; It has a magnesium alloy body and there are also versions that incorporate vegan leather for the back cover.

We were also struck by the possibility of coupling a keyboard with a stand , since it is like a glove to the rest of the functions that this tablet offers us at the software level, which lend themselves to productivity and working on the move.

At the Hardware level we have a Kirin 990 processor that can be compatible with 5G or 4G (or only with Wi-Fi) depending on the version chosen. Likewise, it consists of 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128/256 / 512GB of internal storage (expandable via NM Card); again, it all depends on the model chosen. On the other hand, the  tablet  is powered by a 7,250mAh battery with 15W fast and wireless charging.

However, the most interesting is this level of software, since, although it lacks Google services, Huawei has made a great effort with this particular version of EMUI 10. Thanks to  Huawei App  Multiplier , a multi-screen system will be obtained that allows you to modify the size the windows and get a multitasking experience comparable to that of a computer. This is not all, since the Huawei MatePad Pro can also control Huawei terminals through a direct OneHoon connection , which facilitates the exchange of files between devices with just drag and drop.

The gap left by Google’s services and applications is not easy to fill, but  Huawei’s App  Gallery is what is offered to fill that need.

Finally, the Huawei  MatePad  Pro has a 13MP main camera with f / 1.8 aperture and an   8MP (f / 2.0) selfie camera embedded in the screen.
