Manufacturers continue in their struggle to differentiate themselves (or at least try to do so) with their new releases. OnePlus  is one of those who seek this, relying on innovation and offering the user a feature that, although it will be common very soon, still seems to be reserved only for a specific step. We are talking about the inclusion of 5G in the OnePlus 8,  something that will not be the user’s decision (as in certain models), but will be based on all models.

Is it a good idea that all OnePlus 8 include 5G?: If you want a OnePlus 8, you will be forced to buy it with 5G

We have been hearing about this technology for years and now that the networks are beginning to be prepared for it, the most logical thing is that we all begin to migrate. Something similar happened with the arrival of 4G, something that many of us remember as recent but from what has happened for several years. Therefore, it is a good idea for OnePlus to “force” this jump to 5G in its OnePlus 8. However, there will be a disadvantage: the budget of the users.

The phones with 5G still are  more expensive than phones with 4G , so the Chinese company could find here the ideal justification to inflate a little those prices, something that would go against what he has just made popular this brand. Offering a version with 4G and another with 5G would have been a good way to leave freedom of choice to those who wish to acquire a OnePlus 8.

The news has jumped directly from the  official account of Twitter of OnePlus , who has indicated that “all its next line will be compatible with 4G.” OnePlus 8 will be released in the month of April … if the Coronavirus does not prevent it.
