Hideo Kojima has been related to Abandoned for a few weeks, a horror game that is presented this Friday

It seems that in the last days Hideo Kojima is even in the soup again, and when that happens it is because something is up. The Japanese creative reappeared at the Summer Game Fest event to present Death Stranding Director’s Cut , although he left more questions than answers. Now, it seems that Kojima Productions, the studio he leads, seems to be working on a new project that has not been officially announced, as reported on Gamerant.

The project would be in a premature stage of developmentThe official website of the developer has published about twenty job offers on the social network LinkedIn, with various profiles: character designer, production, programmers or designers, among others. The registration dates back a few weeks and among the few details that are revealed is that it would be to work on a new action game to be announced . Employees are asked to comment on the latest titles they have played and an opinion on technology trends in the digital entertainment industry.

At the moment, the only project that is known to be working on Kojima Productions is the aforementioned Death Stranding Director’s Cut, which has recently appeared cataloged by the ESRB establishment as a PlayStation 5 exclusive , although no release date is known. The truth is that his trailer left many unknowns due to the many reminiscences he had towards Metal Gear Solid.

On the other hand, Kojima is also on everyone’s lips for the theories about his participation in Abandoned , a new horror game for PlayStation 5 , which many say is the new Silent Hill. We will leave doubts this week, with the presentation event planned by Blue Box Studio for this Friday.
