A few days ago we showed you the leak of the Pixel 4 ad and now it’s time to go back to the rumors of this phone to discover a function as innovative as it is impractical. We are talking about Motion Sense , a technology very similar to what LG used in its LG G8 ThinQ and that the guys at Google could now adopt.
Motion Sense, so you could use your Pixel 4 without touching the phone: Motion Sense, the technology that will make you do not have to touch your Pixel
What can Motion Sense do for you? This seems very practical at certain times, for example, when our hands are stained if we are cooking, wet if we are in the shower or even if we are driving. Google wants us to be able to control the phone with gestures in the air , without touching it at any time.
We could change songs, reject calls, turn on the screen, unlock the terminal or turn off alarms, among others. We would just have to put our hand at a safe distance from the sensors located at the top and let the rest do their magic.
Is this function practical?
After the experience of LG, we see that it is a very interesting, very innovative and very spectacular technology, however, in day-to-day use it does not get all the benefit it could deserve. We will see if Google manages to give us that extra contribution that makes us use this function more, if the rumors are finally confirmed and it is included in its new Pixel 4 family.
The new Google Pixels will be presented next October. In just 2-3 weeks we will know what will probably be the last great launch of the year, once the new iPhone has already been presented and we hope to see the Huawei Mate born in less than a week.
