Many-favorite Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has just officially launched the Redmi Note 9T 5G, which is the global variant of the Redmi Note 9 5G that was recently launched in China. However, what we did not expect was the joint presentation of a Redmi 9T , which includes a Qualcomm chipset.
The Redmi 9T is not exactly new, it is an international version of the Redmi 9 Power , but it is still worth knowing it and finding out how much it will cost in Europe.
This is the Redmi 9T : Redmi 9T, a mid-range with 6,000mAh battery reaches the global market
The Redmi 9T arrives with a fairly standardized look in the family to which it belongs, with a classic photographic module in the form of a domino, a side fingerprint reader and a plastic body.
The front is dominated by a 6.53-inch IPS LCD panel with 1080p resolution , just like the Redmi Note 9T 5G. Instead of a perforation, however, it accommodates a waterdrop-shaped notch for the front camera. Other interesting features of the screen are: Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and TÜV Rheinland certification .
Under the hood beats a Snapdragon 662 chip with 4GB of RAM and two internal storage options: 64GB or 128GB. Regardless of the version chosen, we can expand the space through a Micro-SD card of up to 512GB.
Like the Redmi 9 Power , this terminal uses its 6,000mAh battery with 18-watt fast charge as a selling point.
The operating system could not be other than MIUI 12 based on Android 10 . Connectivity options range from Wi- Fi 802.11a / b / g / n / ac to Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS, but the icing on the cake is the presence of NFC for electronic payments.
As far as we understand, all versions of the Redmi 9T that will be sold in Spain arrive with NFC, unlike other territories.
On the photographic front, the terminal boasts a quad camera . It is headed by a 48MP main sensor (f / 1.79) and accompanied by an 8MP wide angle (120 ° field of view), a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor (aperture f / 2.4 in both). Finally, the front camera offers 8MP and f / 2.05 aperture.
Availability and price
The Redmi 9T will arrive in February in global markets, including Spain, where it will cost 179.9 euros in its version with 64GB of ROM, while the 128GB version will cost 199.9 euros.
