Setting your price as a certified professional coach is like asking yourself how much money you want to make. But it is also  determining the amount that a potential customer will agree to pay.

The determining factors for setting coaching fees respond to several adjustment variables.

First, the level of personal goals: Helping clients achieve their goals doesn’t always require the same level of skill.

The help that managers should receive involves a high level of experience (help to speak in public, communicate better, have charisma, help in professional development, etc.); however, the rate should be cheaper if the client only asks you to take stock of their abilities to change jobs.

The price, therefore, depends on the type of coaching you provide : individual coaching, executive coaching, inter-company coaching, group change coaching, for example.

Each coach is free to set their own rate based on their studies, what they consider worthwhile, what they want to earn, and what specializations they have.

As a general rule,  individual sessions  are charged between € 80 and € 150 per session. It can be expensive, but the expected results (well-being at work, higher earnings, promotion, etc.) lead to a great return on investment.

You should know that the bigger the company, the higher the invoice will be. To help with professional accompaniment,  the business coach charges an average of € 400 to € 800 per session . Funding is based on the employee’s boss, according to a tripartite agreement between the coach, the employee, and the company.

Considering that a training program usually lasts between 6 months and a year, significant amounts are achieved: from € 5,000 to € 8,000, excluding taxes, sometimes up to € 15,000 for coaching and team management.
