As we had anticipat: ed a few days ago, the popular Chinese company, Xiaomi, has made official the arrival of two basic-range terminals, we are talking about the Redmi 9A and the Redmi 9C, whose availability they have confirmed for Malaysia, which means that they will eventually arrive. to other markets carrying these specifications:

The characteristics of this entry-level mobile phone had already been leaked , so we are not at all surprised to learn that it is a mobile with a 6.53-inch LCD screen with HD + resolution and notch in the shape of a drop of water.
The terminal is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 chip, which is accompanied by what we had planned: 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage . Likewise, a 5,000mAh battery gives the terminal a long autonomy, but it is unknown if it will support 18-watt fast charging like its predecessor.
On the photography front, we are looking at a single 13MP rear camera followed by a 5MP sensor on the front for selfies.
The available color options are: gray, blue and green.
Redmi 9C
The Redmi 9C is emerging as a slightly higher category alternative, although we must say that it has exactly the same 6.53-inch screen and HD + resolution . The notch also repeats along with the 5MP selfie camera.
What is new is a fingerprint sensor on the rear and also the presence of a higher-powered Helio G35 processor , but which is complemented by the same 5,000mAh battery and 2GB + 32GB of memory.
On the other hand, the rear camera of the Redmi 9C has received an improvement and consists of an arrangement of three sensors , where we only know the resolution of the main camera, which is 13MP. The specifications of the other two sensors have yet to be confirmed, but rumors pointed to a 5MP wide-angle lens coupled with a 2MP depth sensor, which sounds pretty reasonable.
The available color options are: black, blue and orange.
Availability and price
As mentioned above, Xiaomi announced the Redmi 9C and Redmi 9A in Malaysia, where they will be on sale from July 7, so it is only a matter of time before they reach other markets. Regarding its prices, the Redmi 9A is sold for the equivalent of 75 euros to change, while the Redmi 9C costs 90 euros to do the monetary conversion.
