How to have some sleep schedules
It is one of the first aspects that we neglect when we start the quarantine. Uncertainty, fear, disorganization … we didn’t even know what day we were living on.
But after the initial shock, “life had to go on.” Classes were resumed , albeit online, and many people enjoyed the experience of teleworking for the first time .
Are you one of those who falls asleep on top of the computer? Photo by Marcus Aurelius.
With the return of classes and having a schedule, we have no choice but to respect that schedule if we want to attend the online classes.
But we continue to neglect our habits a lot . By not having to get up so early to prepare and go to school or college, we think we have more time to sleep, but what we actually do is go to bed later .
In the end what we do is set the alarm “to minus five” and turn on the computer in bed with one eye ajar. Do you think you will find out something in the first half hour of class?
Try to wake up at least half an hour before class starts, get up quietly, have breakfast if you feel like it, get dressed? Air the room, wash your face, turn on the computer and enter the virtual classroom … I wake up to find out what the teacher has to say.
Another dangerous point is naps . Don’t you have to go anywhere and are you lazy to start studying after eating? Half an hour-45 minutes of nap would be fine, but if we leave at 2-3 hours, even later at night we have to be counting sheep to sleep. How to have some sleep schedules
