Russian writing: is it difficult for a Spanish speaker?

The majority of ECHO and Ba chiller students speak English, Italian, French, German … They are languages ​​that use the Latin alphabet and have a part of the common lexicon with Spanish.

We cannot say the same about Chekhov’s language, which belongs to a totally different universe: thus the question arises as to whether the scope of the task is not too difficult for a Spaniard .

Naturally, the handwriting learning solutions are different depending on the desired writing register:

• computing (printed, computerized),
• manuscript, the most skilled will be able to turn it into an art.

It is much easier to type on a computer keyboard than to pick up the pen to apply.

However, this last stage is essential to truly master the Pushkin language and be bilingual …

Be that as it may, the difficulties posed by the Russian are real:

• totally different cursive system,
• lexical morphology without any relationship,
• more numerous letters than in Spanish.

But there are also positive aspects, among which we cannot forget:

• the exoticism of Cyrillic resembles its learning to a game,
• Russian is written as pronounced, and inversely,
• the outline of the letters is an inheritance of the Greek, cousin of the Latin,
• Russian is written like Spanish, from left to right and top to bottom.

In conclusion, if Russian writing were so complicated … what about Arabic, Japanese or Chinese?
