Should we be wary of cheap gyms?
We are often suspicious when a service is not expensive enough.
Will the training be effective? What will I have to pay in addition to the classes? Will I be motivated?
Does laziness beat you? There are days when we feel with the overflowing energy of a cat in the middle of a nap … Come on! A little energy, you have to train!
Do discount gyms offer the same quality as a traditional room, especially in terms of safety – injury prevention, cardiovascular risks – and well-being?
We cannot make a list of all the gymnasiums in Spain, it would be like wanting to make a list of all the bakeries …
You do not have to flee from the low cost rooms , you just need to find out what they offer. In general, they do not offer any personal training services to their clients, which is understandable.
You will have to use the machines with care, because misuse can be expensive: tendonitis, injuries, sprains, contractures, tears, and even cardiovascular accidents.
However, zero risk does not exist.
Cheap sport has numerous advantages and disadvantages.
Do not be wary of the rates, what you do have to watch is the offer of benefits: are the changing rooms clean, can I only use the machines, am I in good shape to practice alone without a follow-up? Should we be wary of cheap gyms?
