This is a question that plagues many people who are overweight or obese , who have a low level of muscle mass, and who ultimately do not feel comfortable with their own body.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) , the number of obesity cases has nearly tripled globally since 1975. Worldwide, 23% of adults and 81% of adolescents in school do not exercise with a sufficient frequency (or they do not practice it, directly).
