1. ADDITIONAL READINGS 

  • Each practical case is related to complementary readings based on articles on which content will be developed as assimilated. 
  • Complementary reading is essential to access the practical case and group tutoring. 
  • The development of the practical case will be carried out in the tutorials. 

2. FIVE CASE STUDIES WITH THEIR CORRESPONDING ARTICLES 

  • • The EQF3 has five practical modules in which we will study through articles the fundamental aspects that every fitness instructor must know and master. 
  • The topics to be developed will be the following: 
  • 1. Lower Body Exercise Case Study 
  • 2. Case study of upper body exercises 
  • 3. Study of a basic training program 
  • 4. Case study using the client’s anamnesis 
  • 5. Skills section and exercise execution 

3. DEVELOPMENT OF THE CASE STUDIES 

  • Each student must view the complementary readings to access the corresponding practical case. 
  • The practical cases will be carried out in tutorials and will be in groups. 
  • The objective is to increase skills and take the student to real cases. 
  • In the development of the practice, the students must interpret the complementary reading and participate in the debate and resolution of the case 
  • The tutorials will be two hours. 
  • The student must complete all the practical cases before taking the exam.
